 A full 750 Square feet of private joy! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, co-located with the main B&B, offers a full kitchen and separate sitting room with guest sleeper. 

- Check in after 2:00pm

 

- Check out before 11:00am

 

- Room rates may change for holidays and special weekends

 

- Rates do not include taxes

 

- Multiple day reservations may be required during peak or holiday season

 

- Deposits are refundable with a two-week cancellation notice prior to your arrival. A 10% handling fee will be charged for all cancellations.

 Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is within two weeks of your arrival date, or in the event of early departure, unless we can resell your room.

- Bookings 3 nights or less require a full deposit.  Reservations extending beyond 4 nights will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the full amount due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposits will be forfeit if the guest arrives late or need to leave earlier than original booking.
