Colorado Cottage                       

 

 

This self contained 2 bedroom (1 King and 1 Queen) 1 bath, off-property cottage with an inviting outdoor area, is a wonderful private retreat for anyone sharing time with family or friends.  Dog Friendly (two night minimum).  

 

If you are bringing a dog, there is a dog fee.

- Check in after 3:00 pm

 

- Check out at 11:00 am

 

- Room rates may change for holidays and special weekends

 

- Does not include daily maid service or meals

 

- Rates do not include taxes

- $200.00 Cleaning Fee

 

- Minimum 2 day booking

 

- Bookings 3 nights and under require a full deposit. Reservations extending beyond 4 nights will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the full amount due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposits will be forfeit if the guest arrives late or need to leave earlier than original booking.

- Weekly rates require a minimum 7 day booking. 

 

- Monthly rates require a minimum 30 day booking.
